	May 28, 2004 Hello True Voters! I wanted to let you know that at the BOE meeting on Thursday May 27th, Linda Lamone was asked about the Voter's Unite effort. It was stated that Carroll County was supposed to be "hit" first. This was, I thought, an interesting word choice from the board member for an activity that involved the hand-delivery of a document by a citizen, or a small group of citizens in some cases, to county BOE offices around the country. Linda Lamone responded that it had never happened: That no documents had ever been delivered.
	Karen Moody and I worked on making sure that Voters Unite effort was acted upon in Maryland. Karen's mother did indeed hand-deliver the Myth Breakers document to the Carroll County BOE office. Karen also mailed the document to the Baltimore County office. I printed out and mailed the document to the offices in Allegany, Anne Arundel. Baltimore City, Calvert, Caroline, Carroll, Cecil, Charles, Chesapeake Bay, Dorchester, Frederick, Garrett, Harford, Howard, Kent, Montgomery, Prince George's, Queen Anne's, and Saint Mary's. Karen and I are now working on a redelivery to all counties. We are going to hand-deliver, this time with a cover letter and a signature required, as many as we can in our area, and re-mail, this time via certified mail, to the rest of the counties. Somerset, Talbot, Washington, Wicomico, and Worcester will also receive the document this time. We now have two volunteers who will hand-deliver the document to the eastern shore counties (Caroline, Dorchester, Kent, Queen Anne's, Somerset, Talbot, Wicomico, and Worcester) on Tuesday June 8. Anyone who can help us with this effort would be greatly appreciated, so that we can have verification that all county Board of Elections offices have received the document.
