We are writing today about an urgent issue. Please take action immediately and pass this email on to all your friends, neighbors, and acquaintances in New Jersey.

Your state legislature is considering – and is likely to pass on Monday – a bill (A3458 and S2380) that would remove the requirement for a paper trail on voting equipment in New Jersey. Granted a ‘paper trail’ is not as satisfactory as a paper ballot, but to remove the requirement is a huge step backwards.
