Some N.J. Polling Places Switch to Paper Ballots  (NJ)

WFMZ-TV    05 February 2008

Elections officials say a problem with an encoder in the electronic voting machines forced some polling places in Warren County to make the switch back to paper ballots.  They say the electronic machines kept giving them malfunctioning errors.
